Currently working as the interim Stroke Accreditation Quality Coordinator, working within an interprofessional team to collaborate on quality improvement initiatives to support high quality stroke care. Implement delivery of provincial quality indicators/measures as well as Stroke Accreditation goals and metrics. Contribute to the development of key performance indicators and monitoring in stroke services. Further hone leadership, critical thinking and analytical skills through analysis of performance and quality metrics, as well as determining hospital practices that meet Accreditation Canada standards of best stroke care.
